SHIFT: A Path to Change

SHIFT is all about self-reliance and being honest with yourself. If you’ve decided to take charge of your life and want to understand yourself better, I’m here to help.

This isn’t your typical tracker that scolds you for slip-ups or demands perfect results. SHIFT is a safe, personal space for tracking periods of abstinence from habits and recording your personal feelings.

The app helps you take a break, observe your state of mind, and keep a personal journal completely free of pressure, judgments, and promises.

What’s inside:
• Trackers: Create trackers for any habits and track your progress at your own pace.
• Journals: Write down your thoughts and emotions, and attach photos. This is a place where you can be honest with yourself.
• Statistics: Mark milestones and savings to see and evaluate changes in your life.
• Achievements: There won’t be any meaningless rewards here—I suggest you come up with your own prize for what you’ve accomplished.

“This is my personal story of how, after 15 years of smoking and a diagnosis, I quit this harmful habit. I’m sharing it because I know how hard it can be, and I want to help. I hope you’ll do it sooner than I did.”
