Shift Plan Reminder

For nurses and other shift-based healthcare workers who need a calendar that actually understands rotating shifts.

Shift Plan Reminder is a fully offline shift planner and reminder app built around your real schedule — early, late, night, on-call, or your own custom shift types. No account, no login, no analytics, and no tracking. Your schedule stays on your device. No ads.

WHY NURSES USE IT

One-tap quick-add: tap any empty day and drop in a shift using your own presets — Frühdienst, Spätdienst, Nachtdienst, on-call, or anything you name yourself.

Rotation templates: build your repeating pattern once, then generate weeks of shifts automatically. A "duplicate last week" shortcut handles the rest.

Photo import: photograph your paper duty roster and the app reads it entirely on your device using Apple's on-device text recognition, turning it into editable shift drafts. The photo never leaves your phone, and you always review the result before anything is saved.

Shift reminders with lead times you choose, so you're never caught off guard.

Rest-gap notices that highlight short turnarounds between shifts, so you can plan ahead. This is informational only — not legal, payroll, or compliance advice.

Hours overview with PDF and CSV export, ready for your own records.

App Lock with Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode, so your schedule stays private even if someone else picks up your phone.

CALENDAR YOUR WAY
Switch between month, week, day, and agenda views. Everything displays in 24-hour time, always.

APPLE WATCH & WIDGET
Check your next shift from your wrist with the companion Apple Watch app and complication, or glance at your home screen widget — no need to open the app.

PRIVACY, BUILT IN FROM THE START
Shift Plan Reminder works completely offline. There's no account to create and nothing to log into. If you want your schedule on more than one device, you can turn on optional iCloud sync — it uses your own private iCloud database, which we cannot see or access. Your local schedule is protected using iOS file protection tied to your device passcode. You can export all your data or delete all your data at any time, right from the app.

MADE FOR SHIFT WORK, NOT JUST 9-TO-5
Built by a solo developer for the people who keep hospitals and care facilities running around the clock. The app speaks 22 languages — switch the app's language independent of your phone's system language — and comes with an optional kawaii mascot and pastel look, or a plain mode if you'd rather keep things simple.

Shift Plan Reminder is free to use.

Languages: available in 23 languages, including English, German, Arabic and now Persian (فارسی) — with a full right-to-left layout.
