Shift Salary: Pay & Timesheet

Track your hours. Watch your pay add up live. Pro is one purchase, not a weekly subscription.

Shift Salary is an hours tracker and pay calculator for shift work around the world. Clock in and out with one tap, pick your currency, set the overtime rules you actually work under, and watch estimated earnings grow during the shift.

The punch clock, the live counter and the pay calculator are free for up to 3 shifts a week, not a trial. The week runs Sunday to Saturday, and clocking out of a shift you started is never blocked. Pro is one purchase that removes the weekly limit and adds yearly statistics and export: no subscription, no auto-renewal and no repeat charge.

FREE, UP TO 3 SHIFTS A WEEK:
• One-tap punch clock and live earnings counter
• The currency you pick, from the standard currency list
• Weekly overtime you configure, for example above 40 hours at 150%
• Optional daily overtime, with up to two tiers
• Your own rest days, with an optional premium rate
• Breaks, split shifts, and manual shift entry and editing
• Tips, tracked travel amounts and custom premiums such as night or standby
• Multiple workplaces, each with its own rate
• Optional arrival and departure reminders by workplace location
• Monthly hours and pay summaries

WORKING IN ISRAEL?
Turn on Israeli labor-law mode and shifts are priced by general Israeli rules instead: daily and weekly overtime at 125% and 150%, Shabbat and holiday hours at 150%, 175% and 200% by hour type (additional eligibility-based holiday pay may not be included), plus an estimated net-pay engine. The net estimate is part of Israel mode only.

PRO (ONE PURCHASE):
• Unlimited shifts: the 3-a-week limit is removed
• Yearly charts and statistics
• Excel and CSV export, one detailed row per shift
• In Israel mode, estimated net pay from income-tax brackets and the credit points you enter, National Insurance, health insurance and pension, with a clear breakdown
• No subscription and no renewal; restore the purchase with the same store account

Shift, workplace and pay data stays on your device. There is no account or cloud sync, and the app keeps working offline. Location reminders are optional; your coordinates are not sent to us.

Available in 16 languages: Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian, Amharic, Tigrinya, Thai, Filipino, Hindi, Nepali, Sinhala, Simplified Chinese, Ukrainian, Romanian, French and Spanish.

Important: Pay figures are personal estimates based on the rates and rules you enter. They are not a payslip or tax, legal or financial advice. In Israel mode the estimates follow general Israeli rules, but individual or sector agreements and personal circumstances can change actual pay; check your payslip, employer and the relevant authorities.
