Shine Pilates is a new, women-led reformer studio created from the heart, rooted right here in Reno. Founded by two locals with a vision to create a space where Pilates feels personal, Shine welcomes everyone, regardless of age, stage, or experience level. At Shine, you’ll find contemporary reformer Pilates taught with heart, honoring the foundations of the method while keeping it creative, modern, and adaptable to real, everyday bodies and lifestyles. Spark Cardio – Jumpboard, higher intensity: Combines the reformer with cardio movement to elevate heart rate and strength.

Afterglow – Stretch and recovery: Restorative sessions to help you unwind, improve flexibility, and rejuvenate.

We also offer 1-1 privates, programs & challenges, and private parties, so whether you want personalized instruction or a fun group experience, there’s something for everyone.
