Listing and marketing properties is free for landlords and property managers. All other features above require a paid subscription. No setup fees. Volume discounts available for larger portfolios. Renters use Shuk free of charge.

Shuk subscriptions are not sold through Apple in-app purchase. They are purchased and managed on the web at shukrentals.com and can be canceled at any time.
