SMO(Store Mobile Office)는 기업이 서비스하고 있는 브랜드의 매장에서 발생하는 유지보수/비품요청/기기A/S/인력요청 관련 업무를 체계적으로 관리하는 앱입니다.
매장은 SMO(Store Mobile Office) 앱을 이용하여 매장의 필요한 문제가 발생했을 경우, 앱의 서비스 신청 메뉴를 통해 인테리어/비품/기기AS/인력요청을 등록합니다.
등록된 서비스는 본사 및 대행사로 푸쉬메세지가 전달되며, 본사 및 대행사는 해당 건에 대한 처리 여부를 판단 후 처리 요청을 진행 합니다.
처리 요청을 진행하게 되면 전문 슈퍼바이저의 관계자들에게 푸쉬메세지가 전달되며, 전문 슈퍼바이저는 해당 건에 대한 처리 여부를 판단하고 견적서 또는 서비스 신청건에 대한
업무를 진행합니다.
결제권한을 가지고 있는 담당자가 견적승인을 하게 되면, 인테리어/기기AS일 경우 기사를 배정하고 해당 매장을 기사가 방문하여
유지보수 업무를 진행하고, 완료보고 및 평가까지 할 수 있는 기능을 제공합니다.
이와 같이 SMO(Store Mobile Office) 앱은 일련의 유지보수 및 A/S 업무/비품요청/인력요청에 대한 쉽고 빠르게 진행할 수 있도록 돕는 O2O서비스 앱입니다.
