Say what you're eating — "leftover pizza", "iced coffee", "toast and eggs" —
and Sidekick tells you what one thing would round it out. Protein, fibre,
fat. Two of the three is a combo. That's the whole idea.
Nothing is counted. There is no calorie field, no macro target, no streak to
break, no red number at the end of the day. A skipped meal reads "that's
fine", because it is.
HOW IT WORKS
Say it your way. Type a sentence, photograph your plate, or tell Siri —
"Sidekick, record a meal" — and it goes in without the app ever opening.
Get one suggestion, not a lecture. Sidekick names a single thing that would
close the gap, and it only ever names something you already have.
Fill your kitchen once. Tick what you usually keep around, or photograph
your fridge, shelf and fruit bowl and let Sidekick read them.
See what you keep running out of. The notebook notices which of the three
you reach for and never have, so your shopping list writes itself.
Share a combo. One card, one tap, straight to your story.
BUILT AROUND ONE RULE
Two of protein, fibre and fat, together, is the combo. It is additive by
design: no food is off the list, nothing is a mistake, and a cookie with a
handful of nuts is a better answer than no cookie.
Sidekick works offline for everything that matters. Your kitchen, your
notebook and the food library all live on your phone.
Privacy: your entries sync to your own account and are never sold, shared or
used to train anything.
SIDEKICK PRO
Free, always: unlimited entries, the full food library, the kitchen, the
notebook, suggestions and the share card.
Pro adds unlimited AI reads — photographing a plate or a shelf, and
understanding a sentence the offline library has never seen. Free includes
one of those a day.
