The app was designed with the needs of a small business in mind. The goal is to collect information from customers.

Additionally it has an awesome Back Office based on search.

SIGN UP SHEET

You can choose a set of fields that the customer sees (the only mandatory field is Name).

You can fully change the sign up sheet, and by that, I mean everything: background color, title color, the font and font style used in the sign up sheet, body color.

Choose an image for your sign-up sheet
- choose an image from camera, photo library or the internet.
- choose a size (small to large) or no image at all

You can also choose which fields are visible.

USE AS GUESTBOOK

Select your establishment logo or image and select only the name field and leave the table visible. Select 3-4 choices in the table like: I enjoyed the company, the music, etc.

USE AS AN ADVERTISEMENT

Use the features outlined above to remove all fields, or better yet, just set the title font to largest and enter enough information to fill the iPad (in portrait or landscape mode). Please remember that you have a Title, a subtitle and a heading caption that you can fill.

Use airplay to show the images on a large screen nearby using an Apple TV.

USE AS A CRM

Search:
Search customers by name, interest, anything. You can even search smart things like today. Yesterday works as well if you want to follow up one day late.

Email all customers that fit a search criteria.

Pre-canned emails:
You can select up to 5 pre-canned emails and their titles.

Choose a random customer:
If you have sweepstakes, just choose today in the search field then press the Pick a random contact.

Edit customer information:
First off, you can easily distinguish between customers and prospects by the font color of their name. Non-customers are blue.

Set precanned text to be emailed or texted to the customer
Choose Sign Up page colors and theme
Choose the Title color and regular text color.
Choose the font used
Change the top image - snap a picture, use the library or an internet link.

Importing and exporting data from the iPad: You can email yourself the data in csv format or you can import/export the full data using JSON format. If you are transferring to a new iPad, transfer the settings then the customers.

There are two subscriptions options that allow full functionality of the app. They are auto renewing and you will be charged to your iTunes account at the time of purchase. The annual subscription is cheaper on a long term basis. The subscription is auto-renewing unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal cost is the same as the subscription cost.

You can manage your subscriptions and auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Also note that you will lose any portion of free free trial when you subscribe the first time.
