Description by DYAL SINGH(from the App Store)
SikhVotes Membership is the simple way for Gurdwaras to register and manage their members.
A volunteer scans a new member's government ID, fills in a few details, and the app instantly creates a membership record with a unique member number and shows a digital membership card with the member's details.
KEY FEATURES • Quick member registration by scanning a government ID barcode • Auto-generated member numbers in SV-0001 format • Captures name, contact, address, citizenship, and membership details • Validates ID expiration automatically • Generates a printable membership form (PDF) in one tap • Shows a digital membership card after each registration • Key-based access so only your Gurdwara's authorized volunteers can use it • Works on iPhone and iPad
SikhVotes Membership replaces paper registers with an organized, searchable membership system, so your Gurdwara can confirm who is a member quickly and fairly.
Privacy first: member data is stored securely for your Gurdwara's own records, and the app does not save or upload images of IDs.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
