Amy-Your Glute Growth, Body RECOMPOSITION queen. Also known as your big bum, little waist coach. Born with half a heart, fought through her childhood in hospital and found fitness at 18 years old. She now thrives as a successful trainer in Manchester and has pushed her heart transplant back by 10-15 years, meaning she will outlive her life expectancy with her little heart. She knows what It is to be a complete beginner, and now outlifts the men.
Sophie- YOUR SHREDDING QUEEN! This girl knows how to get you abs. A professional dancer, she juggles 5 jobs, lives across 3 countries in the world and still competes in races, gets her sessions in and enjoys a cheeky drink. Balance is key, and Sophie is here to teach you the way.

Together, these girls are the best of the best in their expert areas, meaning you as the client are in very safe hands.
