SiteTicket: Change Order App

You did the extra work. The customer said "go ahead." Then the invoice lands and suddenly nobody remembers saying that.

SiteTicket turns the rough note you'd scribble on site into a clean change order: what changed, why it costs more, the labor and material lines, the photos, and the customer's signature. Two minutes, before you pick your tools back up.

HOW IT WORKS

Write the site note the way you'd actually say it. "Move three outlets higher, cabinets went in first, verbal OK from owner."
Let AI draft it into clear scope and approval wording. Your facts stay your facts: quantities, times, and boundaries are preserved, and it never invents prices or legal terms.
Add cost lines and job photos.
Get the signature, then share a PDF, text the customer a summary, or paste a note into your invoicing app.
WHAT YOU GET

Change orders and T&M tickets from one rough note
Labor and material line items
Job photos attached as evidence
On-site signature capture, or a record of the verbal approval
Written reply approvals: attach up to 3 screenshots of the customer's text or email, printed on the PDF beside the approval record
Clean customer PDF
Copy-ready text for customer messages and invoice notes
Ticket history on your phone
WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY USE

SiteTicket is not another system to run your business from. Keep your invoicing app, your spreadsheet, your texts. SiteTicket handles the moment those tools miss: getting the change approved in writing while you're still standing in front of the customer.

WHO IT'S FOR

Electricians, plumbers, remodelers, handymen, painters, roofers, property maintenance. Anyone who hears "while you're here, could you also..." every week.

FREE TO START

Tickets, signatures, and PDFs are free with no limit. You get 3 AI drafts every month for free. If extra work shows up more often than that, subscriptions unlock 25 to 300 AI drafts a month. Apple shows the exact price before you buy, and you can cancel anytime.
