Siyan Stride

Siyan Stride turns everyday steps into a simple daily habit. Open it each morning to see your step count, follow a walking plan that fits your life, check in on how you feel, and walk together with the people you love.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Track your steps — your daily step ring syncs from Apple Health (iOS) with distance, streaks, and history computed on your device.

• Follow a walking plan — choose from ten guided plans (First Steps to Walk to 10K) or build your own 1-to-4-week program with custom goals and walking days.

• Check in daily — rate your body, energy, and mood, and watch how movement and how you feel trend together over time.

• Walk together — form a small group with friends or family, cheer each other on with reactions, and see your combined steps in a shared view.

• See your progress — lifetime stats, charts from 7 days to a full year, recorded walks with optional route maps, and one-tap CSV export.

• Read and listen — short articles on building a walking habit, mood, and recovery, with optional narrated audio for premium members.

• Share your week — a weekly summary card with total steps, goal days, best day, and current streak, ready to send to someone who cheers you on.

Siyan Stride collects only the minimum needed to show your progress and sync across your devices. Your data is never sold and never used for advertising. Step data is processed on your device by default, route mapping uses GPS only during a walk and is off by default, and you can delete your account and cloud data at any time.
