Take full control of your warehouse without needing Wi-Fi, a subscription, or a server. Sklad stores everything locally on your device — products, stock levels, compartments — so it works in basements, warehouses, and stockrooms where internet is unreliable or unavailable.

Product Management
Add products manually or scan their barcode with your camera. Every product gets a name, barcode, SKU, selling price, cost price, and a product URL. Assign it to a shelf compartment so your team always knows where to look.

Barcode Scanner
Point your camera at any EAN-13 or internal barcode to instantly look up a product. Unknown barcode? Create a new product directly from the scan. The app auto-generates internal barcodes for products that don't have one.

Shelf & Compartment Organization
Organize your inventory into named compartments — rows, shelves, bins, or zones. Assign products to compartments for quick location lookup. The app prevents you from deleting a compartment that still has products, keeping your data clean.

Stock Tracking
See stock levels at a glance. Products below your low-stock threshold are highlighted in red. Update quantities when receiving or adjusting stock.

Excel Import
Import your existing product catalog from a .xlsx spreadsheet. The importer matches by barcode — new barcodes create products, existing ones are updated. Compartments are created automatically if they don't exist yet. Download the template directly from the app.

Excel Export
Export your entire product list to a .xlsx file to share with suppliers, accountants, or team members. The exported file uses the same column format so it can be imported right back.

Barcode Label Printing
Generate a PDF with shelf labels for all your products. Each label shows the product name, SKU, and a scannable barcode. Share it to any printer or PDF app on your device.

100% Offline & Private
Your data never leaves your device. There is no account, no cloud sync, no subscription, and no server. Everything is stored in a local SQLite database. Even in airplane mode, the app works exactly the same.
