What is Skyowner?

Skyowner or “Skybooking Owner” is B2B business partner which legally registered in Skybooking platform to operate flight ticket booking for their customers.

Main features of Skyowner, you will manage:

1. Overview dashboard
It consists of summary flight booking by staffs. All data will be represented on chart, pie chart or graphic which explained very detail.

2. Staff management
Skyowner creator will be an administrator of whole system which be able to add or invite his/her staffs to join in this Skyowner channel. Furthermore, not just adding or inviting but Admin will be able to remove or block staff’s username as well.

3. User roles
Indeed, user role will be assigned when add/invite staffs. There are three kinds of user role such as:
- Admin: can manage everything
- Editor: can manage everything except system settings & configurations
- Moderator: can manage only their own data or transactions.

4. Booking report
It consists of different type of booking report:
- Completed booking transactions: when travelers completed booking successfully the data will be shown in this tab.
- Upcoming booking: it will show travelers the upcoming flight schedule that will remind travelers about the schedule to avoid missing the flight.
- Failed booking: when travelers booked flights failed it will be shown in failed tab.
- Cancelled flight: If travelers cancelled the flights it will be shown in cancelled tab.

6. How to sign up new Skyowner account
Before creating Skyowner, please making sure that you are business owner and have legitimate business certificate, patent which are legally registered by Ministry of Commerce.
