Skylog: GPS Journey Tracker

There is something powerful about knowing every journey you take is recorded, even at 35,000 feet, on a remote bike trail, or far out at sea. That is what Skylog was built for.

Works Without Internet:

Skylog includes a full offline world map built into the app. Open it on a flight or in a remote area and your route still records perfectly. The map lives on your device, not a server.

Tap Start. Travel. Done.

Start recording with one tap. Skylog tracks your GPS route in the background and captures distance, duration, speed, altitude, and elevation gain. When you finish, your trip is saved automatically with a full route map and stats.

Export to Any GPS App:

Export any journey as a GPX or KML file and take it wherever you need it. Open your route in Strava, Garmin Connect, Google Earth, AllTrails, or any mapping app that accepts standard GPS formats. GPX for fitness and GPS devices. KML for maps and Earth viewers. Both included with Skylog Pro.

What Am I Passing Over?

See nearby cities, oceans, mountain ranges, and landmarks in real time while you travel. It works worldwide, from the Arctic Ocean to the Andes.

Every Way You Travel:

Skylog recognizes flights, drives, trains, cruises, bike rides, and walks. Each mode uses smart tracking built for that type of journey.

Journey History:

Every trip gets its own detail page with an interactive map, altitude chart, stats, and places you passed. Rename or delete anytime.

Share Your Routes:

Create a route card with your map and stats to share to Instagram, Messages, or anywhere else. Your route is drawn precisely over a real map so every detail is accurate.

Pause and Resume:

Stop for a break without splitting your journey. Pause recording and resume exactly where you left off. The timer and distance pick up seamlessly.

Widgets:

Add Skylog widgets to your Home Screen or Lock Screen. See your latest journey, your lifetime total, and how far you have traveled this week, all at a glance.

iCloud Sync:

Journeys sync across your Apple devices using your private iCloud account. No third party servers. No account setup.

Built for the World:

Skylog has been tested on flights, long drives, ocean crossings, and cycling routes. It keeps recording even with the screen off.
