▶ 90분 수면주기란 무엇일까요?

인간의 수면은 크게 얕은 잠을 자는 램(Rapid Eye Movement, REM)수면과 깊은 잠을 자는 비램(Non-Rapid Eye Movement, NREM)수면 상태로 나뉘게 됩니다. 그리고 비램수면이 지속하다가 램수면이 잠시 나타나는 것을 수면의 한 사이클이라고 하며 이 사이클은 약 90분 정도의 시간이 소요됩니다. 이때, 깊은 잠에 빠진 상태에서보다 얕은 잠 상태에서 일어나는 것이 더욱 수월하고 상쾌한 아침에 도움이 됩니다.

Sleepie에서는 90분 단위의 수면 시간을 기반으로 취침/기상 시간을 추천하여 최적의 수면 시간을 제공합니다.
