SESSIONS, IN ONE PLACE
Book online or in-person sessions against real availability, and get the joining details with your booking. Move a session yourself or rebook someone you've seen before — with a reminder before each one, and everything upcoming and past in a single list. No phone tag.
IF YOU'RE WORKING WITH A THERAPIST
When your therapist uses Sleepy Orange, your care plan arrives here too. Goals, cadence and between-session activities are agreed in your sessions — not guessed from a quiz — and practices, worksheets and readings arrive as daily steps, broken down small enough to actually do on a difficult day.
They can see which prescribed steps you've marked complete — not what you wrote inside them — and adjust your plan and milestones with you as you go, so sessions pick up where you actually got to.
TRACKERS THAT MAKE PROGRESS VISIBLE
- Mood check-ins — name what stood out in seconds, add a note or photo, and watch a health map build across the month
- Sleep — log hours and how rested you felt, so patterns surface instead of getting lost to memory
- Journal — write freely, or follow a guided prompt when you'd rather be asked
- Water and a gratitude jar for the smaller daily habits
Small check-ins add up to a picture of your month: yours to keep, and yours to bring into a session when it helps.
A LIBRARY FOR THE HOURS IN BETWEEN
Browse by anxiety, sleep or audio for short reads, guided breathing, soundscapes and podcasts. Bookmark what works and find it again in a moment. If your therapist has attached resources to your plan, they appear here too, so what you practise matches what you discussed.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
What you write for yourself stays yours. App lock with a PIN or Face ID keeps your entries behind a lock screen, and reminders can be turned off entirely.
Crisis helpline contacts are reachable from every screen.
Sleepy Orange is a well-being and self-reflection tool, and a companion to care delivered by your own licensed therapist. It does not provide diagnosis or treatment on its own, and it is not a substitute for professional care or emergency services. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline right away.
