SlothUp turns short movement breaks into earned Screen Time. Complete guided sessions, collect SlothUps, and optionally exchange them for access to distracting apps. A customizable sloth companion, personalized goals, reminders, and progress insights help small active moments become a lasting habit.

HOW SLOTHUP WORKS

1. Choose a personalized daily movement goal based on your activity level, rest days, and ambition—or set your own.
2. Pick a short guided session. No gym or equipment required.
3. Complete at least one minute. Every completed movement minute earns one SlothUp.
4. Optionally connect iOS Screen Time, select distracting apps, and exchange SlothUps for access time.
5. Follow your active days, streak, movement history, and weekly or monthly progress.

MOVEMENT THAT FITS YOUR DAY

Choose approachable cardio, strengthening, and general movement sessions. Start with a one-minute break or continue for longer when it suits you. Small steps count, rest days are part of the plan, and rigid workout routines are not required. No SlothUp account, camera, or wearable is needed.

Name your animated sloth and let it celebrate your progress. Gentle reminders and clear daily goals create structure without guilt or pressure.

OPTIONAL APP SHIELD

Choose apps that tend to distract you. SlothUp can shield them through iOS Screen Time until you decide to spend earned SlothUps. Access time only counts while the selected app is in the foreground. Screen Time setup is optional, and Screen Time activity data stays on your device.

FREE AND SLOTHUP PLUS

SlothUp is free to download. Set a goal, complete a selection of guided sessions, track progress, and optionally protect one app. SlothUp Plus unlocks every guided session, additional app and category selections, movement-history editing, and future Plus features.

SlothUp Plus is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. Eligible new subscribers can receive a 7-day free trial with the annual plan when shown in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
