Slumbrr

Slumbrr helps you put your phone down at night and actually wake up on schedule.

HOW IT WORKS
Set a bedtime and wake-up time, and Slumbrr blocks the apps you choose to block — the ones that keep you scrolling instead of sleeping — starting 30 minutes before bed and ending 30 minutes after you wake up. Choose to start your ideal schedule right away, or ease into it gradually, 15 minutes a day, until you get there.

EVENING & MORNING CHECKLISTS
Build a short wind-down routine and a morning routine, and check them off each night and morning. No streaks to feel guilty about missing — just a simple way to stay consistent.

A REAL ALARM, NOT JUST A NOTIFICATION
Slumbrr uses Apple's AlarmKit to wake you up — a real system alarm that sounds even if your phone is silenced or Do Not Disturb is on, not a notification you can swipe away in your sleep.

BUILT WITH PRIVACY FIRST
Slumbrr has no accounts, no sign-up, and no servers. Everything — your schedule, your checklists, your blocked-app selection — stays on your device. There's no analytics, no ad tracking, and nothing to sell, because there's no mechanism to send your data anywhere in the first place.

Try Slumbrr free for 7 days. After that, continuing costs $5/month, cancel anytime.
