Aplikacija omogućuje građanima grada Pule da ANONIMNO signaliziraju gradskim institucijama određene problematike ili prijedloge.

Prijavi/prijedlogu se prilaže:
1) slika s kamere ili memorije mobilnog uređaja.
2) detaljniji opis prijave/prijedloga
3) oznaka lokacije koja se označava ručno ili automatski kada je uključen GPS.

Poslane prijave šalju se u serverski centar koji je transparentno dostupan gradskim institucijama i svim građanima preko web stranice www.smartpula.eu

Kroz aplikaciju moguće je pratiti status vlastitih prijava.

Za slanje prijave potreban je pristup internetu.
