The single platform for all services, provides interaction of the region with housing and communal services enterprises, and institutions providing services, as well as with state bodies, local governments, using the id.gov.ua functionality. This application allows you to pay for utilities of all key suppliers, transfer meter readings, contact local governments and local administrations, apply for administrative services to their centers, and the like.

Everyone will have access to functions:

- Transfer of indicators of metering devices;
- Adding an unlimited number of personal accounts
- Monitoring of accruals and indicators of counters on personal accounts
