Smart Stitch Flow

Smart Stitch Flow is a professional garment order management app built for merchandisers, production managers, and sourcing teams in the apparel and fashion industry.

Whether you're tracking 10 orders or 10,000, Smart Stitch Flow gives you a single, organised view of every order across every factory - from the moment a PO is received to the day goods are delivered.

KEY FEATURES

DASHBOARD
Get an instant health check of your entire order book. Hero metrics show total orders, active factories, units in production, shipped quantities, and urgent deadlines all at a glance.

ORDER LIST
A fully searchable, filterable, and sortable order list. Filter by status, production stage, priority, factory, country, or merchandiser. Sort by ex-factory date, order quantity, invoice value, and more. Drill into any order for the complete picture.

FACTORIES
Grouped per-factory view with stage breakdowns, on-time vs. delayed health indicators, and full drill-down into individual orders per factory.

TIMELINE
A month-by-month view of upcoming ex-factory and delivery dates. Overdue orders are flagged instantly. Your scheduled follow-up actions appear in chronological order so nothing slips through.

ANALYTICS
Status pie charts, monthly delivery window bar charts, country-level breakdowns, and per-merchandiser summaries. Spot patterns and performance trends across your entire order book.

EXPLORER
A powerful raw data table and card view with combined search and filter controls - ideal for deep dives and ad-hoc analysis.

FOLLOW-UP ACTIONS
Schedule follow-up tasks per order inspection bookings, shipment confirmations, document submissions, and more. Set smart reminders at 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before the deadline. All follow-ups appear in the Timeline tab.

FLEXIBLE DATA IMPORT
Import from any CSV or XLSX file. The app intelligently recognises over 40 column name aliases — no reformatting needed. Works with Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets exports, and ERP system downloads.

OPTIONAL CLOUD SYNC (Firebase)
Admins can upload the approved dataset to the cloud; team members sync automatically on launch. The app works fully offline without any cloud configuration.

PDF EXPORT
Export a full dashboard summary as a formatted PDF and share it directly from the app.
