Name of the App: SmartRPM

SmartRPM is an app for Remote Patient Monitoring.

When a patient measures for example blood pressure, weight, or blood glucose using devices provided, these measured data are transmitted into the app via Bluetooth.
These transmitted data into the app are then encrypted and transmitted to the server.

The app allows patients to view their personal physiological data from each device.
In this way, patients can easily access information about their own health conditions.
With this purpose in mind, we plan to support additional medical devices in the near future.

The patient periodically transmitting his or her health information to the server provides the basic data for the doctor to give professional service and care for each patient.

All measurement data are for sole use of licensed medical professionals to review, monitor and care for the patients.
Patients should not arbitrarily interpret the physiologic data but follow the medical providers' instructions.

- Ability to read and transmit health information in the phone without turning on the smartphone screen
- Ability to transmits measurement data uploaded from a medical device to smartRPM in real time to an iPhone health app.
- Ability to share data immediately after measurement by linking with Apple Health App.
- Ability to show warning messages when a sudden change in weight is detected.
- Ability to visualize and display historical statistical data along with graphs.
