It is intended for meal reminders only, and it is not responsible for decisions or actions obtained about nutrition and also does not supply nor fulfill specialized care. For more information, consult your physician and your nutritionist. The application also uses data from the Health app, more specifically the Sleep Analysis data, to create default reminders according to your sleep routine. The usage of that data is optional, and there will be no negative impact in case the user denies access to the data.
