SnapHire is the iPhone app for booking a professional photographer near you on Long Island and in New York City.

Need headshots before Monday? A photographer for Saturday's engagement party? Family photos for this year's holiday card? Browse real portfolios from photographers in your area, see their actual prices, and book in the app. No quote requests. Some photographers confirm each request first and answer in the app.

FOR CLIENTS
• Browse photographers near you by what you actually need: weddings, portraits, headshots, family, events, food, real estate, cars, sports and video
• See real portfolios and real prices before you book, not "contact for pricing"
• Pick your date, time and session length, then pay securely in the app. You see the full price before you pay
• Message your photographer directly to sort out the details
• Every booking is confirmed only after payment clears. No guessing

FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS
• Set your own rates. You price your work, not us.
• Choose exactly which days and hours you're bookable. Clients only ever see times you allow
• Approve each request yourself, or let clients book your open times directly
• One switch pauses new bookings when you're full
• Your own dashboard: upcoming shoots, who booked you, and what you take home
• Get paid straight to your bank through Stripe
• SnapHire takes 8% of the first $2,000 of a booking and 5% of anything above $2,000. Other platforms take 20% to 50%

SnapHire started because booking a good local photographer was somehow harder than ordering dinner. We're starting in New York and Long Island, working with photographers we've met one by one.

Payments are processed by Stripe. SnapHire never sees or stores your card number.
