Soberya is an alcohol tracker built for two goals: drink less within a weekly limit you set, or stop completely. Either way it counts the days with you, one evening at a time, and never says a word about willpower.

This is not an app that only counts perfect days. Log what you actually drank, see what it cost in money and calories, and watch the good weeks stack up. Nothing here scolds you, and one drink never wipes out the weeks behind it.

A NOTE ON SAFETY
If you drink heavily every day, stopping abruptly can be dangerous. Talk to a doctor before quitting outright - cutting down gradually is a real goal here too. Soberya does not give medical advice or treatment.
