Description by Arpit Roy(from the App Store)
The complete sodium and blood pressure tracker for people who actually need to watch their salt — built with hypertension, kidney disease, heart failure, and DASH diet patients in mind.
Skip the manual database lookups. Snap a photo of your meal, and our AI calculates the sodium content instantly. Scan a barcode for packaged foods. Or log manually — your choice.
Then track your blood pressure alongside it, and export a clinic-ready PDF for your doctor. No other sodium tracker does this.
CORE TRACKING (FREE) • Snap & Track — AI camera scan, photo library, or barcode (10 free scans, unlimited with Premium) • Manual logging with macros, meal types, and notes • Favourites and Log Again — re-log meals in one tap • Personalized daily goal — based on your age, weight, and health conditions • 7-day trends with goal line and streak tracking • Apple Health sync — every entry written to Health automatically
BLOOD PRESSURE TRACKING (PREMIUM) • Log systolic, diastolic, and pulse • Auto-categorized: Normal → Elevated → Stage 1 → Stage 2 → Crisis (AHA guidelines) • 30-reading trend chart with reference lines at 120/80 • Included in your doctor's PDF export
CLINIC-READY EXPORTS (PREMIUM) • PDF report formatted for your doctor — sodium + BP, 30 or 90 days • CSV export — 30, 90, 365 days, or all-time • Bring it to your next appointment. Your doctor will thank you.
PREMIUM ALSO INCLUDES • iCloud sync across all your devices • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets • Unlimited photo and barcode scans
