We know exercising makes you look and feel better.

We know how important personal trainers are to help you exercise efficiently and correctly (form).

Therefore we decided to create an App, which is your own personal trainer, in your pocket!

This App is ideal for those who do not have a personal trainer, but would still like help with checking that they are performing exercises correctly, as well as being given goal based workouts. If you do have a personal trainer, then this App works as a great supplement when they are not with you.

WHY IS CHECKING YOUR FORM IMPORTANT?

Your form in any exercise is one of the most important attributes to ensure you get the best results and minimise the risk of injury.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Using sophisticated machine learning (credit www.tensorflow.com) and your device camera, the App will check your motion and assess you on the exercise effectiveness.

WHAT WILL IT DO?

After you have performed your exercise, it will provide feedback on your form and, if necessary, suggest useful tips to improve. You can select checking your form on single exercises or on workouts genereated to suit your goal.
