Realiza tus pedidos a través de nuestra aplicación de punto de venta para call center en la que al momento de marcar un pedido te estará llegando una notificación con la información del pedido con los siguientes datos: No. Ticket, Monto Total, Fecha y Hora del pedido y Nombre del Cliente.
La aplicación maneja 4 perfiles de usuario que son:
- Administrador: Puede ver reportes y pedidos a domicilio de todas las sucursales del cliente.
- Call Center: Pude ver la pantalla de monitor de pedidos con todas las sucursales configuradas.
- Consultas: Puede ver todos los reportes de sus sucursales configuradas.
- Monitor de Pedidos: Puede ver la pantalla de monitor de pedidos de sus sucursales configuradas.
