SolXView

Attention: This app requires a SolaxCloud.com account!

SolXView displays current data from up to three Solax inverters of your photovoltaic system and the state of charge of an optionally available storage battery in a simple and compact way.

In addition, iOS widget , weather & UVI (expected solar irradiance) forecast and a complete Watch app are available.

In detail these are:

- Complete Apple Watch App with full overview and usage recommendations and Watch Complications to launch the SolXView Watch App.
- Small, compact iOS widget with status icon of battery and grid power consumption
- Medium widget with continuous recommendations for the use of power consumers depending on available solar power and battery charge status (if installed). This allows you to quickly decide whether to start a washing machine, tumble dryer or similar.
- Weather & UVI forecast (measure of solar irradiance). This allows the user to plan in advance when to use energy-intensive electricity consumers.

Note: To display the weather & UVI forecast, the app must determine the location of the PV system once. To do this, the location of the PV system must be allowed once. After this one-time process, no further locations are required to operate the app. This location is only stored locally on your iOS device as a coordinate and reused until you specify a different location.


In general some credentials from your SolaxCloud.com account are required for the SolXView app to function and to retrieve the PV system data. This are Not your solaxcloud.com credentials! Solaxcloud.com provides an access token that only allows access to the pure performance data and does not grant any access to the configuration or settings of your Solax system. Access is provided by Solax itself.

IMPORTANT: It is NOT possible to receive private data. Please read the API description in your SolaxCloud.com portal , which describes exactly what data is made available.
The protection of personal data and your PV system settings is very important to us and by providing special access tokens data protection is already ensured by Solax!

In the SolaxCloud.com portal you will find this access token in the menu item: "Operation" subitem: "API" ) and the registration numbers of the Solax inverters of your photovoltaic system in the menu area: Inverters , which are also required.
