HOW IT WORKS
Solys uses Apple’s Screen Time permission to pause the apps you select. Apps you do not select remain available. Blocking depends on the permissions you grant on your iPhone.

In Settings, you decide whether Solys shares usage statistics.

SUBSCRIPTION
An active subscription is required after the demo. The price, billing period, any eligible trial, and first payment date are shown before purchase. Apple handles payment. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
