This app is to be used by honorable agents of Sonali Life only. This is the platform where agents would be able to view their business, team performance, new recruitments, the status of new applications for policy, follow-up clients, etc.
This app is very user-friendly and easy notification-based.
Below are some of the key features of the app:
Performance Dashboard: An agent can have a look at all his performance parameters from one single point. This feature enables an agent to view performance summary on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Application Lists: This is the list of all new applicants. Applicants are categorized in three different categories like new applicant, applicant with PR and underwriting issues. It is very convenient for an agent to keep track of all new applicants and their status.
Performance: Performance related parameters for an agent are listed in this feature. An agent can keep track of policies, premiums, ranking etc.
Team: An agent can view full team performance under one platform. It is very convenient for them to maintain agency, new recruits, and branch costing and deferred – renewal percentage and can enhance the efficiency of the team.
Business: Due policy, lapse policy, maturity and claim related information are available to an agent for monitoring purpose.
Feedback: Agent can provide feedback regarding issues.
