Or, if you want to tell a longer story, Sonolog can help with that, too! Embark on a JOURNEY, where Sonolog guides you step-by-step through a series of prompts around a particular theme you'd like to explore. When you've finished all the steps and completed the Journey, listen back and reflect upon how these steps connect and create a larger story in your life.
