Sova: Planner & Shared Lists

Your day — personal plans, work, family, friends and teams — without mixing them up.

SAY IT, SCAN IT OR PASTE IT (SOVA PRO)
• Dictate: speak naturally — Sova drafts the title, time, place and details in your language. You check everything before it saves
• Scan: a booking, a flyer or a screenshot becomes a dated draft in seconds
• Paste a school email or a team schedule: Sova finds the dates and to-dos (up to 12 at a time) and suggests a list for each. Nothing is added until you tap Add
• Speech stays on your iPhone. Scan sends the screenshot or pasted text securely to be read, then discards it; nothing is stored

TODAY, OFFLINE WHEN YOU NEED IT
• See what’s now, next and later — works offline
• Notes with checklists — capture in seconds; add photos with Sova Pro

THE LARGE WIDGET
• Keep what’s next on your Home Screen without opening the app
• Tick it off or add the next thing in one glance

LIFE, WORK AND TEAMS — KEPT SEPARATE
• Personal notes, a work calendar, family plans and team agendas stay in their own groups
• Today and the widget bring the day together

SHARE WITH ONE LINK
• Invite a partner, friend, colleague or teammate with a link or QR
• They join with Sign in with Apple — no passwords. No iPhone? They can join in a browser with a code sent to their email
• Free includes two shared lists (up to 10 people each); Pro scales further

YOUR CALENDARS AND REMINDERS
• Choose calendars and reminder lists already on your iPhone
• Add supported calendar links when a service provides one

BUSY TIMES, SHARED SEPARATELY
• Teammates see when you’re busy, never titles or reasons — only if you grant it
• Assigned items alone do not create busy blocks

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Private groups stay on your iPhone and work offline
• Shared lists use encrypted connections and account permissions
• No ads or cross-app tracking; optional product analytics only if you choose
• Export or delete everything in the app

Free is complete. Pro adds AI Dictate and Screenshot Scan for capture, photo and file attachments, and removes limits on shared lists and availability recipients — structural upgrades, not a different product.
