AUTOMATIC REMINDERS
Improve your workflow with automatic emails to customers before Quotes expire and Invoices are due. Stay in the loop with notifications about automatic reminders to your customers. Get notifications about important events including when a customer views an Invoice or Quote, when Quotes are accepted, or Invoices are paid.

ONLINE VIEWING
Send links to customers to view Quotes and Invoices online. Customers will have access to important information like payment details and a link to download as PDF. Allow Quotes to be accepted and Invoices to be paid online. SPARK Invoicing will keep track of Invoices and Quotes that have not been seen by customers and update status as they change.

ONLINE PAYMENTS
Setup online payment to start accepting credit cards online. Get notified when customers make a payment. SPARK processes online payments through a world class online payment provider called Stripe. Payments are simple and reliable while keeping your customers credit card details safe.

CONTACTS
Contacts can be saved as either people or businesses. You can also save the following information against a contact; Names, Emails (Main, CC & BCC), Phone Numbers & Addresses (Billing & Shipping). To improve workflow you can set defaults for contacts including Invoice Prefix and Notes that will be automatically loaded on new invoices.

ONLINE VIEWING
Online Viewing can be enabled globally or per transaction and contact.

NOTIFICATIONS
Enable only the notifications you want to receive. Currently notifications are delivered via email and in app, push notifications are in priority place on our road map.
