Speech to Audio Relay

STAR lets you connect to a STAR coagulator server, browse available voices, preview them, speak custom text, and render full scripts into audio files. It is designed for creators who want to produce TTS-based scenes, skits, dramas, and other audio projects using voices that may be available across multiple computers, devices, or providers.
