Flexible protection for everyday productivity, with room for short, intentional breaks.

Lock-In Mode
Full protection for deep work. Selected apps and websites are blocked for the full session, with no shortcuts.

Sweat Mode
Earn screen time through movement. Spike AI recognises physical activity through the camera and grants a short, capped unlock window.

Review weekly AI summaries that highlight your strongest days and where to improve.

DESIGN

A clean, minimal interface designed for clarity. Live Activity support keeps your session visible on the Lock Screen. Full Light and Dark Mode support, optimized for iPhone.

PRIVACY

Spike AI uses Apple’s Family Controls framework, so your app selections never leave your device. No advertising, no tracking, and no sale of personal data. You can delete your account and all related data at any time from within the app.
