SplatTour turns ONE phone video of each floor into a fluid, photorealistic 3D tour of the property — with 360° panoramas, a gallery of rooms and a floor plan. No special camera, no tripod, no 360 rig.

Walk through the home recording one continuous video and SplatTour does the rest: it finds the rooms on its own and reconstructs the space with Gaussian Splatting 3D. You get a link to share and an embed code for your website — perfect for real-estate agents, brokers and owners who want their listings to stand out.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose one floor or several floors.
2. Watch the 30-second animated guide: in every room, a lap along the walls, a lap the other way, and corner to corner.
3. Record one video per floor, from the entrance, without stopping. The camera sets itself up — ultra-wide lens, vertical — and coaches you if you turn too fast.
4. Upload. We build the tour in the cloud and email you when it's ready.
