Sport Science Test allows you to test in 3 ways, through dozens of tests updated and enriched regularly:

- POWER: evaluation of the strength-velocity profile for the upper and lower body, measurement of jumps, analysis of stances, measurement of power, speed and maximum strength.
- MOVEMENT: global and analytical evaluation of posture and movement. Instant feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of the body, but also qualitative. The application provides strength and flexibility workouts.
- ENDURANCE: by grouping together all the major scientifically validated tests, the application makes it very easy to obtain the VO2 max and the Max Aerobic Speed of your athletes.

BIOMECHANICS OF JUMPS

- SST precisely measures your vertical jumps. A real jump test in the palm of your hand.
