The chair stand test counts how many times you can stand up fully from a chair in 30 seconds. It is a standard clinical measure of lower-body strength. One chair, no equipment, no account, no email, no card. The test is free and always will be.

THEN REBUILD IT OVER 30 DAYS
Your result sets your starting point, and the plan begins where you actually are — day one can be five stands while holding the chair. Every day tells you exactly what to do: how many sets, how many stands, how long to rest. Nothing to decide, nothing to guess.

RETEST ON DAY 30
Take the same test again. Day 1 you did 8. Today you did 34. That number is the reward — there are no points, no levels, no badges.

IT NEVER RESETS TO ZERO

HONEST NUMBERS
For ages 60 to 94 the app can show the published CDC reference score when you enter age and sex. Everyone else sees their own number and their own history — no invented "body age", no black-box score. A test stopped early is recorded but never compared against the reference.

The test is free forever. The first 3 days of a plan are free. To finish all 30 days, choose yearly or monthly — the price is shown before you buy, and you can cancel anytime from system settings.
