Stacco is the fast, no-nonsense workout tracker and gym log for people who want to record lifts, not fight an app. Whether you're into strength training, weight lifting, bodybuilding, or cardio, Stacco gets out of your way so you can focus on the work. Set up your profile in two minutes and start tracking workouts, progress, and goals.

LOG WORKOUTS IN SECONDS
A fast, focused workout logger built for the gym floor. Track sets, reps, and weight with big touch targets and zero clutter. Add exercises mid-workout with a redesigned picker that keeps your session flowing. Strength or cardio — every session counts.

LIVE ACTIVITY ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN
Keep your workout in sight without unlocking your phone. Your active session lives in the Dynamic Island and on your lock screen: a natively ticking workout timer, your current exercise, and your rest countdown — always one glance away.

SMART REST TIMER
Rest is part of training. Start a 1, 3, or 5 minute rest with one tap, or set a custom duration. The countdown mirrors to your Live Activity and a notification tells you when it's time for your next set. Haptic feedback keeps it satisfying.

EXERCISE LIBRARY + CUSTOM EXERCISES
Start with a curated exercise database covering the essential compound and accessory movements, then create, edit, and organize your own custom exercises. Your training style, your exercise list.

ROUTINES & WORKOUT PLANNER
Build reusable workout routines for push/pull/legs, upper/lower, full body — however you split it. Or let Stacco's AI workout plan generator build a personalized training program around your goals, so you always know what's next.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Progress you can see keeps you coming back. Body weight tracking with clean progress charts, per-exercise history, workout stats, and streaks that show your consistency paying off. Watch your numbers climb week over week.

STRAVA INTEGRATION
Connect your Strava account and keep your training history in one place alongside your runs and rides.
