App Users
• The App is free to use for all end users
• Our members form the core of our platform: private individuals, who create profiles that serve as their investor profiles and are accessible to any other member, as well as (unless a member chooses otherwise) anyone with an Internet connection.
• App users can post/ share content with their contacts and interact with both other investors and professional investment resources thus aggregating all investment related information on StakeholderClub
• Users get the opportunity to receive realtime Investor Relations information, learn about corporate governance and corporate democracy opportunities, join shareholder groups, receive reports from economic institutes as well as studies by research companies, share investment and economic knowledge to further advance their investment education and most importantly, overcome the “collective choice” (also “freerider”) problem on a worldwide scale.
• The app also allows users to follow companies receiving financial reports information about events and view the companies Stock price via an inbuilt portfolio section

User will be able to navigate between:

Newsfeed feature :
NOTE: Top trending newsfeeds will be visible for the new users
1. View the Newsfeeds, company news and investor relation
2. Follow/Unfollow any info page and company or groups
3. Like/Comment/share posts from info pages, company pages or groups
4. Report/Mark as Inappropriate to any post


Post function:
1. Create a new post
2. Publish new post (to be visible for all/restricted)
3. Like/Comment/ Share the post


Chat function:

1. Send text message to network or company
2. Delete the chat thread
3. Block/Report the other user


My profile function:
1. View/Edit/Update their profile details
2. View list of companies/pages that the user follows
User profile details will include following data fields:
(i) User name
(ii) User profile picture
(iii) Short bio


Notification function:
Users will receive the notification & be able to:
1. View the notifications


Portfolio feature :
User will have a watchlist of his positions:
1. View the portfolio


Search function :
Users will be able to search for companies and persons
