Stanzly

STANZLY: Rooms and roommates, done right.

Looking for a room in a shared flat? Looking for roommates you’d actually want to live with? Stanzly suggests thoughtful matches between person, home and roommates, based on what really matters to you: budget, city, habits and vibe.

How it works
Smart swipe
Rooms and profiles are ranked by compatibility with your profile. No opaque algorithms: everything is transparent and fully customizable.

Chat for real conversations
When there’s mutual interest, you can start chatting right away. Share photos, PDFs, and the room’s map. Report or block with a single tap.

Student or worker verification
Confirm your university (.edu) or work email to get a badge that marks you as trustworthy. Higher-quality rooms see you first.

Post a listing
Have a free room? Publish it in 5 minutes. Multi-room system: manage all the empty rooms in the same home with one aggregated listing. Invite accepted roommates as co-hosts.

Privacy that’s real
Exact room address is only visible after the owner chooses to share it with you (explicit consent, one conversation at a time).

No cross-app tracking, no targeted ads.

Your messages and photos stay between you and the other person.

Anti-abuse tools: Report and Block directly in the app.

GDPR-compliant: download your data or delete it whenever you want.

For people searching in Italy
Stanzly is designed for university students and young professionals moving to the main Italian cities: Rome, Milan, Bologna, Turin, Florence. Smart filters on city, budget, area, public transport and distance from campus.

Free
Stanzly is completely free: no subscriptions, no payment requests.
