Getting Started
When you open StatusHealthly for the first time:

1. Tap the "+" button to create your first check-in
2. Move the slider to rate how you're feeling (1-10)
3. Add tags that describe your day
4. Optionally add personal measurements or notes
5. Tap "Save" to record your entry

DAILY VIEW (Free) See the last 7 days of check-ins with score emojis, tags, and entry counts. Tap any day to see full details.
MONTHLY VIEW (Premium in-app purchase)* Calendar grid showing an entire month of your check-ins at a glance.
YEAR VIEW (Premium in-app purchase))* 365 days displayed as colored dots to observe long-term patterns.
