Stay Proof: Rental Proof

StayProof helps you document the condition of a rental, hotel room, short-term stay, storage unit, car, or equipment before and after use.

Don’t just take photos. Create organized, timestamped proof that helps protect your deposit and supports you if an unfair damage charge happens later.

WHY USE STAYPROOF?

Check In With Proof
Take guided room-by-room photos when you arrive. Capture walls, floors, furniture, appliances, doors, windows, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, parking areas, and more.

Check Out With Confidence
Document the condition again before you leave so you can compare check-in vs. check-out proof.

Verifiable Records
StayProof helps organize proof with date, time, phase, and location details so your reports are easier to understand and share.

Instant PDF Reports
Turn your photos into clean, shareable reports for landlords, hotels, property managers, hosts, guests, or your own records.

Compare Before and After
Review check-in and check-out condition side by side so changes are easier to spot.

Stay Organized
Keep your documented stays in one place with reports for rentals, hotels, short-term stays, cars, storage, and equipment.

Helpful Reminders
Set check-in and check-out reminders so you do not forget to capture proof at the right time.

Private by Design
No account required. Your proof can stay on your device, and you control what you save or share.
