Steady Stoic gives you two short lessons each day — one in the morning, one in the afternoon. The morning brings a themed reflection to set your focus; the afternoon, a lesson on the Stoic concept behind it. Each takes only a few minutes, and a home-screen widget keeps the day's lesson a glance away.

A new theme every week:
Every week is built around a single Stoic theme and the core concept beneath it — what's in your control, mastering desire, accepting what happens, the shortness of life, and dozens more. Both of the week's lessons draw from that theme, so the days build on one another instead of arriving at random. The arc opens with the foundations and moves through a two-year cycle that never repeats the same way.
