Description
StepSync turns every workout into a fair fight.
Most fitness apps reward distance — so cyclists, swimmers, and yoga lovers get nothing on the leaderboard. StepSync converts cycling, rowing, swimming, HIIT, yoga, and 30+ activities into equivalent steps using real calorie data, heart rate, and your body weight. Now everyone competes on the same scoreboard.
EVERY WORKOUT COUNTS • Apple Health auto-sync — steps, workouts, heart rate, calories • Calorie-based step engine — actual effort, not just distance • 4-tier conversion: calories → heart rate → MET values → distance • 25,000 daily step cap to keep things fair
COMPETE YOUR WAY • Tournaments — invite friends with a code, individual or team mode • Squads — private group leaderboards with shared streaks • Head-to-head duels — 24-hour, 3-day, or 7-day step battles • Real-time leaderboards updated as your friends move
NEW IN 3.0 — STEPBOOSTERS Discover hidden coin caches placed around your city. Walk to the GPS pin, collect the booster, climb the wallet. New AI-curated boosters drop nightly across major metros, with city-aware placement that grows every week.
NEW IN 3.0 — CORPORATE WELLNESS StepSync for organizations. HR teams can run prize-based step challenges with custom rewards, real-time leaderboards, department analytics, and CSV exports. Available for companies at stepsyncfitness.com.
