Discuss your goal, starting point, and available time with Stepie. Explore where to begin and what to prioritize. Ask questions, suggest a different approach, or request changes, then have AI help create or update your plan.

TURN BIG GOALS INTO CLEAR STEPS

Organize your goal into stages and steps, with deadlines and useful notes. See a path you can follow instead of trying to hold the whole project in your head.

If a step still feels too large, ask AI to break it down further. Interview preparation might become reviewing your experience, drafting an introduction, and practicing common questions. You can also edit the details and change the order yourself.

FIND SOMETHING THAT FITS RIGHT NOW

When several tasks need your attention, get an action suggestion based on your plan, priorities, and the situation you share.

Tell Stepie “I have twenty minutes” or “I'm low on energy today.” Use those details to help choose a suitable next step. Start with the suggestion or keep talking it through.

ADJUST WHEN LIFE CHANGES

Sort goal steps and everyday tasks by importance and urgency with the Eisenhower Matrix. See immediate demands alongside longer-term work so you can decide what deserves your time.

Once you choose a task, start a focus timer and give it your attention. Pick ten minutes, twenty-five minutes, or a longer session to suit the time you have.

KEEP USEFUL DETAILS WITH YOUR STEPS

Save methods, reference material, and your own notes alongside the work they support. Ask AI for reference notes when you need help, then edit and add to them as you learn.

Add deadlines and reminders to time-sensitive steps to help you return to them.

LOOK BACK AND DECIDE HOW TO CONTINUE

Review completed steps, goal progress, and recent activity. See what is moving forward and where you have stalled.

Bring what worked and what was difficult into the conversation. Ask AI to help review your progress and discuss the next steps. Keep going with a useful approach, or work out what needs to change.
