MAKE 7,000 FEEL DOABLE
StepQuest reads your steps from Apple Health, so tracking takes zero effort — even when the app is closed. Open it once or twice a day, watch the ring fill, and keep your streak alive.
WHAT YOU GET
• One beautiful progress ring — today's steps at a glance
• Streaks — turn good days into a habit you want to keep
• Monthly heat map — see your consistency take shape
• Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets — progress without opening the app
• A daily goal that fits — choose your target during setup
• Dark mode — warm, minimal design in any light
STEPQUEST PRO
Go deeper when you're ready. Pro unlocks:
• Streak Repair — mend a missed day and keep your streak's story going
• Ring themes — choose Sunset, Moss, Midnight, or Dawn
• Custom goals — set any daily target from 1,000 to 30,000 steps
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your health data never leaves your iPhone. No account to create, no cloud to sync, nothing to sell. StepQuest talks to Apple Health and no one else.
WHY 7,000?
A 2025 systematic review and meta-analysis in The Lancet Public Health found that 7,000 steps a day was associated with meaningful health benefits and may be a more realistic target than 10,000. StepQuest is built around making that goal feel achievable.
