STICK: Routine Challenges

STICK to the routine you want!

Buy into a shared pot with your group and show up.
Complete your actions. Earn points.
Split the pot with your group.

CREATE YOUR OWN ROUTINE:

Morning run. Evening journal. Language practice. Cold shower. 100 pushups.
You choose what you want to commit to. Add your actions, pick your days, and build a routine around the things you actually want to do.
Bring your own routine to a challenge, or get your friends following the same one. Everyone knows the plan before it starts.

PUT YOUR ACTIONS TO WORK:

Take a photo of your progress. Hit your step goal with Apple Health. Get up when your alarm goes off.
Completed actions earn points toward your challenge score.
Your routine also has a multiplier. More actions and more active days mean more weight behind your score.

TWO WAYS TO PLAY:

- With real money $$$, everyone buys into a shared pot. Win money from your friends or lose it to them. Cash winnings can be withdrawn.
- With coins (STKC), earn coins by completing your actions and use them in challenges.

Your outcome depends entirely on whether you complete your own committed actions.

FIND YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

Start a challenge with your friends or explore public challenges hosted by STICK. Find yours in the Challenges tab and keep track of your progress along the way.

STICK to it.
